Yellow Pages Ltd. entitles users of the YellowPages.pl internet service to access the database in a limited extent resulting from these Terms and Conditions.
The yellowpages.pl database contains the information about subjects being natural or legal persons which lead the business activity on the territory of Poland as well as outside her borders. This database also contains information about other entities, who are not conducting this type of activities, but have placed information into database allowing their identification.
Committing the registration entry to the yellowpages.pl base is payable – listings, distinctions and other forms of advertising fall under the price list placed on the YellowPages.pl service or individual decisions.
Yellow Pages Ltd. does not incur any responsibility for contents placed on the YellowPages.pl service by its users. A company or other institution after its registration with this service incurs the whole responsibility for contents included in its company miniwebsite and in all presentations. In particular companies are responsible for authenticity and accuracy of entered data, solidity of advertisements content and legality and accordance with obliging practices and moral norms as well as with these Terms and Conditions. All the information considering products and services placed on the service sites, and first of all information connected with origin of commodities, brands, manufacturers, should be true, complete and accurate and mustn’t mislead the customers. In the event of infringement of above rules Yellow Pages Ltd. has a right to delete information published by given company, its presentations and the whole miniwebsite, and this company is not entitled to the repayment of any costs incurred or any additional reimbursements.
Committing the entry to the YellowPages.pl base is taking place through filling the registration form. Filling this form is unequivocal to approval of this rules.
All promotional materials including but not limiting to video films, photos, presentations or text information sent and displayed on www.yellowpages.pl by entities having their advertisements on the service can be also placed by Yellow Pages Ltd. on other, recognizable and commonly available portals in accordance with rules of data storage and processing.
Yellow Pages Ltd. reserves the right to send information to your indicated e-mail address.
The service is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Yellow Pages Ltd. reserves the right to make breaks for maintenance or emergencies. Yellow Pages Ltd. is not responsible for any possible losses caused by such breaks, in any case.
Data, gained by using online the yellowpages.pl service can be used only for private purposes of the user, which means, that above data cannot be used for purposes connected with any business activity, and in the connection with any public activity carried on, unless its foundation is a separate contract with Yellow Pages Ltd. or order confirmed with the invoice.
Using of any information obtained from the YellowPages.pl sites to conduct serial correspondence is forbidden regardless of its nature and content.
Paid or unpaid disclosure of information obtained from the YellowPages.pl sites to third party as well as publishing or dissemination of this information is forbidden. The user is allowed to make printouts from the database only for one's needs.
The access to the YellowPages.pl data base using the non-standard browser software is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and might be a reason for a statement of breaking the legal regulations.
In the case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a conjecture by Yellow Pages Ltd. that the user intends to or violates the terms, in particular by using the product, or its part, in sole trading or any other business, commercial or public activity, Yellow Pages Ltd. reserves the right to take away the user's right to access the yellowpages.pl service. Independently, Yellow Pages Ltd. may in such cases demand indemnity claim in accordance to violation of its intellectual copyrights or third parties rights.
Yellow Pages Ltd. takes every possible efforts to provide the users with the highest quality of the service. Yellow Pages Ltd. does not take any responsibility for user’s losses or profits lost having any connection with using the yellowpages.pl service, and caused by incorrect information contained in the database or incorrect Internet functioning.
Yellow Pages Ltd. reserves the right for implementation of individual restrictions to access to the service for particular users without giving any particular reason.
Yellow Pages Ltd. reserves the right for recession from the publication of company details without giving any reason neither any notification for the customer.
The fact of advertisements presence on the YellowPages.pl sites does not imply the owners’ agreement to receive unwanted correspondence, hence does not release the YellowPages.pl user from possible criminal responsibility, stated in w Art. 24 act from 18th July 2002 r. concerning electronic services (so called "antispam").
Yellow Pages Ltd. does not bear any responsibility for the quality of information obtained from the data bases of companies being in cooperation with the YellowPages.pl service.
By committing the entry to the YellowPages.pl base the user accepts all clauses of these Terms and Conditions.
If certain matters were not mentioned in the above Terms and Conditions, the Database Protection Law will be implemented.
